There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates

  • Consistent with NYC regulations (subject to change), these tours require passengers to present proof of vaccination prior to boarding. All passengers age 5 and over must show valid proof of at least two COVID-19 vaccination shots (except for those who received the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine). The proof may be a vaccine card, a picture of your valid card, the NYC COVID Safe App, the Excelsior Pass app or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. but all proof must be accompanied by a valid ID. There are no exceptions for medical or religious reasons. Children under 5 are exempt; children between 5 and 17 must have proof but are not required to have a valid ID.
  • A negative COVID test (PCR, rapid) cannot be used as substitute for proof of vaccination.
  • Finally, when passengers are inside the cabin and not eating or drinking, they must wear masks.

 

Standard or Premier Seating

  • STANDARD seating is first-come, first-served seating in the general admission seating areas with access to purchase food and beverages.
  • PREMIER seating provides everything included in Standard Seating PLUS Advance Boarding, Exclusive Seating areas both indoors and outdoors, and cushioned seating

 

Things To Know

  • Please bring a face covering. All passengers will be asked to wear a mask indoors while not eating or drinking.
  • Boarding is at 9:30 am for a 10:30 am departure and the boat returns at approximately 2:30 pm, depending on tides and weather conditions.
  • Light narration of sights and highlights isprovided by a tour guide.
  • Onboard food and beverage options for purchase include chicken and waffles, sandwiches, pizza, nachos, salads and snacks - plus a full bar serving up hot and cold beverages. Beer, wine and cocktails are available. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  • Onboard amenities include outdoor deck space, heated/air conditioned indoor seating with large windows made for sightseeing and restrooms.
  • If a cruise must be canceled by the captain due to foul weather, you will be provided with the opportunity to re-book for another available date or receive a refund.

 

Spring Fling Cruise Route

Departing Pier 83, you'll pass under the George Washington Bridge, marvel at the majestic Palisades and the modern Cuomo Bridge, continuing up the Hudson to Hook Mountain before returning to Manhattan.

  • Hudson River Palisades - The Palisades are a line of steep cliffs rising up from the Hudson River to about 540 feet.
  • The Cloisters - This museum is in Fort Tyron Park in northern Manhattan. Pieces were brought over from Europe and it was completed in 1939.
