There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

In New York state, any individual over age 2 and able to medically tolerate a face-covering is required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance.  Business owners may deny admittance to individuals who fail to comply with the directive to wear a face covering.

Important Information

  • This is not a detailed historical tour.  It is a basic overview.  A large number of tour members are visiting NYC for the first time or do not understand English very well; so if you have specific historical or socio-economic questions, feel free to ask your tour guide who will be eager to provide more information.  The tour consists of a neighborhood overview, basic history, and seeing cool shops and art.
  • A basic fitness level is required for this tour as you will be walking 1.5 miles and exposed to weather for 2.5 hours.  Not appropriate for physically handicapped individuals.
  • This tour has no age restrictions, but is recommended for ages 12+, as mature topics may be referenced.
