There is a 4,58 € EUR processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The Manhattan

Completed by Scarano Boats in October 2005, the Motor Yacht Manhattan is a brand new addition to our fleet cruising the New York City harbor waters. Classicly-lined and comfortable, she is certified for 90 passengers. She features an enclosed back seating area surrounded by windows and skylights, and comes equipped for all weather, with air conditioning and heating.

Known for their amazing hospitality, our staff is professionally trained and experienced in boat handling and marine safety. Do not hesitate to ask our crew about the boat or any of the NYC sites.

FAQ

Do cruises sell out frequently? If a cruise is sold out, is there a waiting list?
~~ Cruises often sell out, and are rarely open for booking more than a week in advance. Call the week of your proposed tour date to check availability for public trips and to book as early as possible. A waiting list is kept for sold out trips and special events.

Is food available on the boat?
~~ Light hors d'oeuvres are included on the Manhattan Sunset and City Lights Cruises only. You are welcome to bring a picnic of your own.

How about drinks? Should I bring those too?
~~ No, it is illegal for you to bring alcohol of your own on board. Beverages may be purchased from our bar.

Is the boat handicap-accessible?
~~ No. Passengers with mobility handicaps will have to be lifted by crew members onto the vessel.

Is the Motor Yacht safe?
~~ Absolutely. Along with your captain, there is a minimum of two crew members on every sail to make sure you feel comfortable and at home on the water. We are stocked with water, beverages, and life jackets should you feel you need one.

How steady is the cruise? Am I likely to get seasick?
~~ It is very rare for our guests to become seasick. While most people do not experience any sea sickness on the Motor Yacht, you may want to consider light medication if you normally take it for motion sickness. We cannot officially advise you to take any medication, however.

Is there an age limit for these cruises?
~~ While there is no age limit for the cruise, all attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Where does the cruise finish?
~~ Our cruise will end at the same pier from which it departed.

Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets after buying them?
~~ Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.

Do you ever cancel cruises due to bad weather?
~~ The cruise runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).

What happens if it starts raining when we're out on our cruise?
~~ The aft-deck observatory of the Yacht is completely enclosed and will keep you dry.
