There is a $5.86 AUD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Is it safe?
YES! These Helicopter Tours operate to the strictest FAA Part 135 standards. We only fly the safest helicopters in the world. Your safety is our #1 priority!

Can I bring children?
Yes, you can bring your children. We love sharing this beautiful experience with children of any age. There is no child discount for ages 2-12. All children ages 2 and up must be strapped into a seat. Children under 2 years of age are free and must ride on an adult's lap.

Can we take pictures?
Yes. Please do take pictures - and send us the good ones!

Do we fly over NYC?
Yes, we fly over all five New York boroughs, the Queensboro, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges. We will also fly over the United Nations and South Street Seaport.

How experienced is the pilot?
All pilots are military and factory trained with thousands of hours of flight experience, far exceeding any FAA requirements.

* All guests must have a valid photo ID, check in all handbags and carry-ons and walk through a metal detector. Even children who have a photo ID (passport, student ID, etc.) must present it.
