There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

~~ Where does the tour begin? - It starts in the Heart of Greenwich Village (aka The West Village). Greenwich Village is easily reached by taxi or subway from anywhere in Manhattan. Hotel pickup & drop off is available for Manhattan hotels below 96th Street.

~~ Where does the tour end? - The tour ends back where it started in Greenwich Village. Most of our guests, however, opt to get out in Chinatown or Little Italy which is near the end of the tour.

~~ How many people can fit in the convertible and what is the cost? - A single ticket purchase for the tour allows you to bring up to 4 passengers for one price. However, on the Order Form you must specify the exact number of people you'll be bringing along on the tour.

~~ Can we bring an infant? - This tour is not suitable for children aged 2 years and under.

~~ Is this a private tour, or will there be other people in the car with us? - This is an Exclusive Private Tour. Once a reservation has been made for a specific time slot, that tour will no longer be available to anyone else.

~~ Can I be picked up from my hotel? - Yes - but only if you are staying at a hotel in Manhattan that is located below 96th Street. The tour takes place downtown and the extra travel time would cut time away from the actual tour if you were located north of 96th Street. If you will be below 96th Street and would like to be picked up, please make sure you indicate that when booking your reservations. If you are unsure as to your hotel's location, please contact your hotel to verify.

~~ Does the tour include stops or are we in the car the whole tour? - You have the option to get out at many locations to explore, take photos, etc.

~~ Are cameras allowed on the tour? - Yes. There will many of great opportunities for taking memorable photos. Remember to bring your camera. Please be aware that New York law prohibits videotaping from bridges or in tunnels.

~~ Are the tours conducted in English only? - Yes. However, since the tour is mostly visual, the tour can work wonderfully even if you have only a basic understanding of English.

~~ Can I bring food & drink on the tour? - No. We don't allow food and drink on the tour. However a cold bottle of spring water is provided to each guest at the beginning of the tour.

~~ How long is the tour? - The standard tour is about 2 hours long, but it can run a bit longer or shorter, depending on traffic.

~~ Can I bring my pet? - No. Sorry pets are not allowed.

~~ What happens if it rains? - Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour, we will not be conducting the tour during inclement weather. If, on the day of the tour, it is necessary to cancel the tour, we will reschedule you to another time that is convenient for you. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

~~ Are gratuities included? - No. If you feel you enjoyed yourself and had a great time, gratuities are greatly appreciated by your guide.

~~ Is the convertible available for special events? - Yes! We can arrange to have you picked up and dropped off in style. A night on the town, a special date or any occasion.
