There is a $5.86 AUD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there restrooms along the route?
Yes, there are public restrooms at several points within central park, as well as at restaurants and hotels adjoining the park.

Do you have lockers?
No. It is suggested that you leave luggage or valuables at your hotel, or keep your items in a backpack.

What should I wear and bring with me?
Dress comfortably and appropriately for cycling. It is recommended that you wear seasonally appropriate clothing - not too loose - and closed-toe shoes are a MUST. Don't forget your camera!

I know how to ride a bike, but it has been a while and I may be out of shape. What if I can't keep up with the group?
Although you will ride about 4.5 miles, there are a dozen or so stops and the pace is leisurely. With extra tour guides, any stragglers are kept company.

Are Gratuities included in the price?
Gratuities are not included in the tour price. If you're happy after participating in your tour, the guides greatly appreciate tips!

Do you have baby seats or child attachments?
No, but there are smaller kids' bikes - typically suitable for 8 years and up.

Do the bikes have baskets? A basket can be installed on a bike - but there is an extra fee of $5.00 per bike, payable on the day of the tour.

Do you have water bottle holders on the bikes?
Yes!

Do you sell water, beverages, or snacks at your facility?
Yes, beverages, energy bars and snacks are available where you check in for your tour.

Do you offer multilingual tours and private tours?

Do you offer group discounts?

Do you offer helmets and locks?
Yes, and all participants are REQUIRED to wear a helmet. Helmets and locks are included in the ticket price.
