There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

AMY SPANGER (Sherrie)
Broadway Credits: originated the role of "Holly" in The Wedding Singer (Drama Desk nomination); originated the role of "Bianca/Lois Lane" in the hit revival of Kiss Me, Kate; and appeared as "Roxie Hart" in Chicago, "Hope Cladwell" in Urinetown and "Betty Schaeffer" in Sunset Boulevard.
Off-Broadway: originated the role of "Susan" in Jonathan Larson's tick, tick?BOOM!
Tours: "Maureen" in Rent (first national tour), "Roxie" in Chicago.
TV: Michael and Michael Have Issues (Comedy Central), Law & Order: SVU, Six Feet Under, Ed, Becker; PBS: Egg: The Arts Show.

The Creative Team:

CHRIS D'ARIENZO (Book): He recently completed his directorial debut, Barry Munday (starring Patrick Wilson, Judy Greer, Chloe Sevigny, Jean Smart, Malcolm McDowell, Cybill Shepherd and Billy Dee Williams). Currently, Chris is developing a one-hour drama for HBO with Tobey Maguire as well as the feature film adaptation of Rock of Ages, which he will be directing for New Line Cinema in fall 2009.

KRISTIN HANGGI (Director): Rock of Ages marks Ms. Hanggi's Broadway directorial debut, after helming the musical's Off-Broadway and L.A. productions. She also directed the NY and L.A. productions of the hit musical Bare (Ovation, L.A. Weekly Award); Pussycat Dolls Live at the Roxy with Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera and Charlize Theron (2007 NY Fringe Best Play Winner); Catch the Fish; the L.A. premiere of Corpus Christi (Ticketholder Award); and the L.A. and NY productions of Ann E. Wrecksick. Also a film director and screenwriter, Hanggi is currently writing the musical movie Dear Dumb Diary for Zucker Productions.
