There is a $5.94 CAD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

What type of entertainment is offered?
Every public dinner cruise features a DJ/ MC who plays a variety of contemporary popular dance music hits for your dancing pleasure until the ship docks.

What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed in the dining room areas of the ships. However, smoking is permitted on the outer decks.

Is the ship handicap accessible?
Yes, alert reservations department of requests for special assistance.

What should I wear?
For evening cruises, dinner jackets are required for gentlemen. For women, we recommend evening or business attire. For brunch cruises, the dress is typically high-end casual wear. We do not permit jeans, shorts or sneakers at any time.

How early should I arrive for my cruise?
Boarding begins 60 minutes prior to the cruise.

Will I get seasick?
It's unlikely. The ships operate in New York Harbor, on the Hudson River and the East River, which are all very calm bodies of water. What's more, the ships are large and very stable, so in most cases, you can hardly tell that they're moving.

Do we pass the Statue?
Yes. We depart from Pier 81, at west 41st street and the Hudson River. During the cruise, you will experience the dramatic views of the Manhattan skyscrapers and bridges that make the New York skyline so impressive. The highlight of the cruise is a close-up look at the majestic Statue of Liberty.

Can I reserve a window seat?
Unfortunately, window seating is not guaranteed. Seating is done on a first come first serve basis for location.

When we make a reservation, are we seated together at individual tables or are we seated together with other parties?
You will be seated together at a table or group of tables depending on your party's size. There will not be other parties seated at your tables.

Do you still sail in the rain?
The ship will sail rain or shine, day and evening. The views of New York are spectacular no matter what time of day. The meal decks are enclosed and climate controlled. There are windows surrounding the entire vessel so you will not miss a thing.

Are vegetarian meals offered?
Yes, there are vegetarian options offered on the menu. If you have any dietary needs please inform the agent when making your booking so you may be accomodated.

Is parking available?
There is parking available on the pier at prevailing rates.

Is there a photographer on board?
Yes, there is a separate vendor that takes care of photography on board. You can have individual or group pictures taken. The photos are presented in a souvenir casing and are a great keepsake for remembering your special evening. Photos are an additional fee and can be purchased on board or at the end of your sailing.
