How many passengers can the boat hold?
The Water Taxi can hold up to 149 passengers.
Do you allow dogs on the boats?
We only allow Assisted Life Dogs and Seeing Eye Dogs. (With their masters of course.)
Do you allow bikes on the boats?
Yes. They just need to be fastened to the racks located at the front of the boat with bungee cords.
Do you allow baby strollers on the boats?
Babies in baby strollers are allowed. Babies are not permitted on the top deck.
Is your service handicapped accessible?
All our boats and docks are designed to be ADA accessible.
Can I bring food?
Yes, as long as you bring enough for everyone. But seriously, food and drinks are fine, just be careful to avoid spills when the boat jostles.
Do you allow smoking onboard?
There is no smoking onboard our boats.
Do children ride free?
We love kids. Children under two ride for free. Children 2- 12 receive discounted rates.
Are your boats good for the harbor?
Yes. The boats not only a good way to get around the city, they're good to the environment as well. Our boats come equipped with a unique low-wake hull specifically designed to minimize impact on aquatic life, natural systems and recreational boaters and our advanced, low-emission electronic diesel engines meet 2005 pollution standards today!

Yes. The interior cabin is warm, dry and comfortable in all kinds of weather.

How many passengers does the boat carry?
74 on our smaller boats and 149 on our larger ones.
Can I sit on the top deck?
Yes, but only 28 people are allowed up top at once (or 100 on the larger vessels). When you are on the boat, our deckhands will let you know when its all right to go upstairs.
